Approval of Agreement with the Municipal Water District of Orange County for the preparation of the 2019 America's Water Infrastructure Act Compliance Risk and Resiliency Assessments and Emergency Response Plan - Approve agreement with Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) in the amount of $145,405 for sharing consultant costs for the 2019 AWIA Compliance Risk and Resiliency Assessments and Emergency Response Plans for participating agencies (Phases II and III). The total expenditure for this agreement is $145,405. Funding is available to cover the cost of this project in Capital Improvement Project #7442 - Miscellaneous Water Improvement Projects.

Partial Public Improvements Acceptance of Landscaped Median for Tract 17389 for Central Park Village Development Located on South Side of Central Avenue at Site Drive - Accept partial public improvements of landscaped median for Tract 17389 for Central Park Village Development. The projected annual cost to maintain the landscaped medians is $700. This cost has been incorporated into the Public Works annual budget.

Estoppel Certificate and Agreement, Termination and Release of Development Agreement for Brea Apartment Venture, aka Western National for Lot 2 at Central Park Village project - Approve Estoppel Certificate and Agreement (Estoppel Certificate) and Termination and Release of Development Agreement (DA). There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
23. Maintenance and License Agreement with Winding Way Homeowners Association - Approve Maintenance and License Agreement with Winding Way Homeowners Association. Initial estimate for required maintenance is $8,000. Funding is available in the Parkway Tree program, 110-51-5142.
