Award Contract to Aegis ITS, Inc. for the Maintenance of Traffic Signals and Controls throughout the City of Brea - Award Annual Signal Maintenance Agreement to Aegis ITS, Inc. for the Maintenance of Traffic Signal Lights and Controls throughout the City of Brea for a One (1) Year Period, at a Cost of $80,772, with the Opportunity to Renew the Contract Annually for an Additional Four (4) years. Public Works, Street Division Budgets $115,000 Per Year in the General Fund for this Service. No Additional Appropriation is Needed.

Budget Adjustments to the City Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets for Fiscal Year 2015-16 - Adopt Resolutions 2016-068 and 2016-069 Appropriating Funds to Adjust the Fiscal Year 2015-16 City Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budgets. The City Operating Budget Adjustments for the General Fund (110) in Exhibit A Resulted in an Increase in Revenues and Transfers-in of $1,350,595 and an Increase in Expenditures and Transfers-out of $1,304,652, for a net General Fund Increase in Revenues of $45,943. The Capital Improvement Program Budget Adjustments consist of an Increase in Expenditures of $74,518.
23. Consideration of Speed Humps on Catalpa Avenue Between Imperial Highway and Eadington Drive - Approve Placement of Speed Humps on Catalpa Avenue. Speed Control Humps on Catalpa Avenue are Estimated to cost $11,600. Sufficient Funds are Available for the Installation of the Speed Control Humps in the Capital Improvement Budget.

Authorize Professional Services Agreement with Clampett Industries, d/b/a EMG for a Park Assessment at Eight (8) Parks, CIP Project 7934 - Authorize Professional Services Agreement with EMG for $31,833 to complete a Park Assessment at Eight (8) Parks. Funding is Available in the Current CIP Budget (CIP #7934).

Designate the Mayor Signing Authority for all Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Public Facilities & Improvements (PF&I) Contracts and Amendments - Designate the Mayor Signing Authority for all Future Contract Terms for CDBG-PF&I Contracts and Amendments Starting with Bid Number 012-162320 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2016-17. This action complies with the County of Orange Requirement Designating the Mayor Signature Authority for all Future Contracts and Amendments.
26. Contract for Purchase of Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System - Approve Contract for Purchase of Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System. The Total One-Time Cost for Purchase and Implementation of the Spillman Technologies CAD/RMS Solution Plus Additional Hardware and Interface Costs is $1,041,251. This Figure Includes a 2.5% Contingency Line Item of $25,396 to be Used for Potential Unexpected Costs. The Total is $157,251 More than the Originally Budgeted Amount of $884,000, which is Still Available for the Project. Sufficient Funds Exist within the Approved FY2016-17 Budget for Project Costs in the Early Stages of Implementation. Ongoing Costs, Totaling $95,654 Including the Spillman Annual Maintenance Agreement, will be Budgeted in Subsequent Budget Years.
