Procedures for Addressing the Council This meeting is being conducted consistent with Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-29-20 dated March 17, 2020, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Written comments may be sent to the City Clerk's Office at cityclerksgroup@cityofbrea.net or call (714) 990-7756 for teleconference (zoom) instructions, no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2020. Any comments received via email will be summarized aloud into the record at the meeting. To provide comments in person, the Council Chambers will be open to a limited number of members from the public in observance of social distancing guidelines. Masks and temperature checks are required. Overflow will be available in the Plaza directly outside of the Council Chambers. The Council and Planning Commissioners encourage free expression of all points of view. To allow all persons the opportunity to speak, please keep your remarks brief.
